Windows 7 True Transparency Enabler will enable 100% transparency of your Windows 7 windows. There is also an option to disable the 100% transparency to normal so don't worry, you can change it back when you want.
How do I make it work?
It's very simple. Just right-click the .exe file, and click on 'Run as Administrator'. When it opens, click on Enable to enable 100% transparency and 'Disable' to change it back to normal.
You have to reboot to see changes.
Run the file as Administrator!
This has been tested on build 7100, and 7127 (32bit AND 64bit).
It will not work on PUBLIC versions like 7100.. Microsoft is disabling the ability to do it on Public builds. It works on build 7068, 7077, and 7127
